Having trouble logging into the library databases? Receiving a username or password error?
Unless you have reset your username and password in MySWU, it should be formatted as follows...
Students who began classes August 2017 or after: username: "firstnamelastname" and password: "Warriorlast5SSN" (example: johnsmith / Warrior12345)
Students who began classes before August 2017: username: "firstnamelastname" and password: "lastnamelast5SSN" (example: johnsmith / smith12345).
I entered the above information, but received an error message...
Try this first:
If you have been attempting to log into a library resource through MySWU, try accessing it directly from the library web page. Click "Databases A-Z," select the database you wish to search, and log in when prompted.
Still getting an error message? Try this next:
Go to MySWU, but do not log in. Underneath the login box, click the link that says, "I forgot my password." Follow the instructions to reset your password.
