I reset my password and waited 15 minutes, but I'm still getting an error message. What next?

eTextbooks do not work with Internet Explorer. Try using Firefox or Chrome instead. If you want to print an eTextbook, use the Print icon at the bottom of the screen, not your browser print button.
Are you having trouble logging into the library databases? Are you receiving a username or password error?
Your username is your full SWU email address. Contact the IT Department if you do not know your SWU email address.
Your password is the same one you use for mySWU.
I entered the above information, but received an error message...
Try this first:
If you have been attempting to log into a library resource through MySWU or Canvas, try accessing it directly from the Rickman Library homepage. Click Databases by Title, select the database you wish to search, and log in when prompted.
Still getting an error message? Try this next:
Go to MySWU, but do not log in. Underneath the login box, click the link that says, "I forgot my password." Follow the instructions to reset your password.
