No. ILL is generally free. In rare cases where a cost will be incurred, the library may cover a portion of the fee. However, we reserve the right to deny a request if the item will cost a substantial amount.
How long does it generally take an article to arrive?
Articles are usually available within 1 to 3 days, but please allow up to 5 days. Some arrive quickly, some take longer--it all depends on where it is coming from and how quickly the lending library responds to the request. In some instances, article requests can take up to a week, especially if it is an article from a publication that is not easily accessible.
How will my article arrive?
Your article will be delivered in PDF format to the email address provided on the ILL request form.
Articles located through ONEsearch or one of the individual EBSCO databases may be requested directly through the database by clicking the "Request this item through interlibrary loan" link.
